Terms overview
Use RaidCreator responsibly
These terms explain your responsibilities, how Pro billing works, and what happens to your work when paid access ends. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy and the information shown at checkout.
Account use
- RaidCreator.io is operated by Great North Gaming. These terms govern your use of our website, builder, and community services. Contact us about these terms or billing at admin@greatnorthgaming.com.
- Use the service only if you can legally enter this agreement, or with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts responsibility for your use. Subscribing requires authorization to use the payment method.
- You are responsible for the activity under your RaidCreator account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user's private Library content, scrape private data, or interfere with the service.
- Do not distribute malware, harass others, infringe intellectual property, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the service for unlawful activity. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Creator and community content
- You retain the rights you hold in your original content. You are responsible for having the permissions needed for packs, artwork, thumbnails, profile text, and other material you upload. Third-party game assets and trademarks remain their owners' property.
- You grant Great North Gaming a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your content as needed to operate the features you use. This license does not transfer ownership of your original work to us.
- Publishing a prefab group makes that public snapshot available for other creators to view, save, and import through supported community flows.
- Publishing authorizes those supported uses of the shared snapshot. Removing a listing stops its availability through that listing, but cannot recall copies others already saved, imported, or exported. Private sharing likewise makes content available to the recipients you choose.
- Do not publish content that infringes rights, impersonates others, includes abusive material, or attempts to misuse the community system.
Pro subscriptions and payment
- Pro provides access to paid creator tools, including configuring entity logic in Actions, creating or editing custom signs in Sign Studio, Pro Deploy for paired-server pack deployment and test tools, and Blueprint authoring. A subscription purchases access to those tools, not ownership of the service or third-party software.
- The standard price is USD $9.99 per month or USD $99 per year. The selected billing interval, currency, price, and any applicable taxes or additional charges are shown before you confirm payment; review that checkout information before subscribing.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the recurring charges disclosed at checkout.
- Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal. Paid Pro access starts after payment is confirmed. An unsuccessful payment, an unfinished authentication challenge, or simply returning from checkout does not establish paid access.
- Manage your subscription, payment methods, and invoices from Account Billing. If a renewal payment fails, paid Pro access may stop until a successful payment restores it; no additional grace period is promised.
Cancellation, refunds, and saved work
- Cancel renewal through the billing portal linked from Account Billing before your next renewal. If you cannot access it, contact admin@greatnorthgaming.com for help. Signing out or no longer using the service does not cancel a subscription.
- Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and keeps paid Pro access through the access date shown in Account Billing. You can reactivate renewal before that date through the available billing controls.
- Ordinary cancellation does not automatically produce a refund or credit for an unused part of a billing period. Contact admin@greatnorthgaming.com about billing errors or refund requests; voluntary refunds are considered case by case. This does not restrict any cancellation, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.
- When Pro access ends, your saved logic, sign artwork, drafts, and Blueprints are not removed because of that change. You can still inspect existing logic, move entities, use ordinary settings, save, and export your work; Pro authoring controls become unavailable.
- Pro Deploy and browser-run server tools require active Pro access for both the server owner and the creator starting the operation. Invitations can be accepted on Free. You can disconnect an owned server or leave shared access after Pro ends; doing so does not uninstall previously deployed packs.
- Exported content is not filtered because Pro access ended. Compatible exported packs can continue to run without an active RaidCreator subscription. These access rules do not guarantee indefinite storage after account deletion or termination.
Pack export and deployment responsibility
- RaidCreator provides pack exports for supported server plugins and workflows. A RaidCreator subscription does not include a separate game or plugin license unless an offer expressly says otherwise.
- You are responsible for reviewing readiness messages, warnings, exported files, and final server installation choices before using a pack live.
- Only pair servers you are authorized to manage. Confirm the reported server identity, choose the connection duration, and review replacements before deploying. Enabling browser test tools authorizes those tools on that server; inviting a creator shares deployment access without granting them Rust administrator privileges.
- Manual edits after export can break the contract and are outside the app's ability to validate.
- Keep your own backups and test exported content on an appropriate server before live use. Validation messages and previews cannot guarantee compatibility, gameplay results, or freedom from errors.
Rust/plugin compatibility
- RaidCreator is not the Rust game, Facepunch, Oxide, uMod, Raidable Bases, CopyPaste, or the EnderRaids runtime plugin.
- Installed packs do not require the web app or an active RaidCreator subscription to run. Pro Deploy uses the optional HTTPS connector included in compatible EnderRaids versions; ordinary pack exports can also be installed through the plugin’s normal content folder process.
- Rust updates, plugin updates, server configuration, missing assets, or manual file changes can affect runtime behavior outside the web app.
Moderation and public listings
Community trust depends on creator control and admin review tools.
- Public listings can be hidden by creators or by admins when needed.
- Reports can be reviewed, dismissed, or acted on according to the current moderation tools.
- Featured placement is curated and should not be treated as guaranteed distribution.
- Notifications, saves, stars, follows, imports, and views are product signals, not payment or ownership rights.
- We may restrict content or suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, unlawful activity, security threats, or abuse. Where practicable, we will explain the decision and allow you to contact us about it; urgent protective action may be immediate.
- Moderation decisions do not remove refund or other rights required by law. Contact admin@greatnorthgaming.com to raise a concern about a restriction or listing.
Availability, disclaimers, and changes
Service limitations and changes remain subject to your rights under applicable law.
- To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every game or plugin version. You remain responsible for your server configuration and use of exported files.
- To the extent permitted by law, Great North Gaming is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service. Where the law permits a liability limit, our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the preceding 12 months.
- These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury. Nothing in these terms waives mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, privacy rights, or access to legally available remedies.
- Features may evolve and maintenance or external provider outages may interrupt access. We will give reasonable advance notice of material subscription price or service changes, including when they take effect, so you can cancel renewal before a changed charge. Changes do not retroactively reduce remedies already owed to you.
- We will post updated terms here with a new date and provide notice of material changes through an appropriate account or service channel. If additional consent is required by law, we will seek it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
